Before you start a practice

Please talk to a qualified professional before starting any new exercise, breathing practice, diet or remedy, especially if you:

  • have a heart, blood-pressure, breathing, joint or spine condition, or any other health condition;
  • have had recent surgery or an injury;
  • take regular medication.

Move gently and within your comfort. Stop at once if you feel pain, dizziness, breathlessness or discomfort. You practise at your own responsibility.
